I called Compucare on the advice of a friend and Hossein came quickly and definitely turned my computer crisis into not just calm but real relief. Six months later I had a blank screen, computer wouldn't respond at all so I called Hossein again. He fixed the problem so fast I couldn't believe it, and while he was there he checked my computer across the board. He noticed my anti virus was a free one that was about to expire (something I wouldn't have noticed for days!). He organised a new antivirus download for me, sped up my system and cleaned out some accumulated garbage. Ten minutes and my computer is running like a dream and I'm a very happy man. Hossein has done an incredible job in fixing my laptop. I was coming close to throwing my laptop at a wall because it was running so slow and awful but didn't want to pay an arm & a leg at a computer repair shop. I gave my laptop to Hossein and within a day he fixed it and it is running so much faster. He has even given me a way to clear it up myself once a month to ensure it continues to run at a decent pace. When Hossein arrived, he worked from a checklist of 8 issues with our two computers. While exploring my computer, he emptied our recycle bins, which contained embarrassingly many gigabytes. I had completely forgotten about emptying out the recycle bins. And what is worse, the scan that he ran through our hard drives found 1700 Registry issues in one computer and 500 in the other! I had simply forgotten to perform such basic tasks. No wonder my computer took ages to get started when I turned it on, and then froze when left idle. When he left us 2 hours later, he had fixed all our computer problems. He worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He explained every issue and what he had done to repair each one. The computer can now print and scan, and my cordless mouse is reconnected. The language learning videos now play audio and picture, and both Skypes works perfectly. However, he also discovered that our NBN is working way below the speed it should be, 22mb instead of up to 60mb. Hence no wonder it took ages to download a movie from iTunes. I'm very impressed with Hossein's professionalism and his good interpersonal skills. I would recommend him to anyone.

The job has been done by Hoseein was great. Our Store "Cocolat Prospect" is involved with the Internet through NBN and it also is serving customer with free WiFi . The EFPOS machine and the Till which is REDCAT system both are working with the Internet as a franchisee company so Hossein has been integrated them successfully in here. The service given was professionally manner while the cost was so reasonable compared to other technical support provider. Highly recommended for business firm and personal stuff.

I rang Hossein in the afternoon and he was here at 6:30 pm as promised. He sorted out my problems with my recently installed Windows 10, plus a few other things, quickly and efficiently.
