Set up Windows 11 without internet

BYPASSNRO is a command that allows you to bypass certain parts of the OOBE setup process. This command is particularly useful for IT professionals who need to set up multiple computers with the same configuration. By using BYPASSNRO, you can automate the Windows setup process and configure multiple computers at once, saving valuable time and effort.

When prompted to select the language and other settings, press Shift+F10 to open the command prompt. From there, enter the OOBE\BYPASSNRO command.

Your computer will restart and now you will have the “I don’t have Internet” option.
